1. Acceptance of terms
By using BlayerAI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of service
BlayerAI is an AnalyticsOps platform that automates analytics event implementation, testing, validation and monitoring, and opens pull requests for your engineering team.
3. Early access
During early access the platform is provided as is, with no guarantee of uptime, feature completeness or service levels. Features may change or be withdrawn at any time.
4. Your responsibilities
Keep your credentials secure, use the platform lawfully, and do not reverse-engineer or exploit it. You must review and approve any generated pull request before merging it.
5. Intellectual property
BlayerAI and its technology belong to Beneath Analytics. You keep your rights in your codebase and analytics data, and code generated for your projects is yours to use without restriction.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, BlayerAI and Beneath Analytics are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the platform.
7. Termination
We may suspend or end your access at any time. Your right to use the platform ends immediately on termination.
8. Changes to terms
We may change these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.
