By accessing or using BlayerAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

BlayerAI is an AnalyticsOps platform that automates analytics event implementation, testing, validation, and monitoring. It connects to your analytics platforms and codebase to generate, deploy, and validate tracking events, and raises pull requests for your engineering team.

3. Early Access

During the early access period, the platform is provided as-is with no guarantees of uptime, feature completeness, or SLA. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving any PRs generated by BlayerAI before merging.

5. Intellectual Property

BlayerAI and its underlying technology are owned by Beneath Analytics. You retain all rights to your codebase and analytics data. Code generated by BlayerAI for your projects is yours to use without restriction.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlayerAI and Beneath Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the platform.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
